Do you want a practical view on how social networking can help you? Ever wondered how Facebook, LinkedIn and the rest fit into internal communications?

Michael Ambjorn will lead a session exploring what a company can learn about itself through social networks on the outside and what techniques from social media can be deployed on the inside for business benefit.

Michael Ambjorn has recently taken on the challenge of leading internal communications for Motorola across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. His career includes several years at IBM before striking out on his own to work at helping third sector organisations figure out how best to use Web 2.0 for collaboration and communication.
